Our Product and Pricing Policy

Product specifications are subject to change and are provided at the discretion of the manufacturer/supplier. While we make every attempt to accurately represent the product, variations may occur.

The recommended retail prices listed on our website are provided to us by our suppliers, and are shown for information only. (All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST)

The recommended retail price (RRP) is the price that is most recently communicated to us by our suppliers. John Reynolds Music may not have charged these prices in the past, and they may not necessarily charge these prices in the future.

Prices, product descriptions and stock availability can change frequently. John Reynolds Music City will not be responsible for any typographical errors or errors in illustrations, price, pictures or descriptions. Images of product are for illustration only and actual product may differ from the image shown. All prices are subject to change without notice. All retail prices listed are those as printed by the wholesaler/manufacturer. All discounts are calculated from these published price lists which can and may change at any given time without notice. All of our products are provided with a guarantee or warranty from the manufacturer.   In addition to this, they have guarantees that cannot be excluded under the current Australian Consumer Law.  You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.  You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Price Match Policy

Whether your purchase is made on-line or in-store, we will make every effort to give you the best price and value for your money. We will always do our best to offer you the lowest price and if you find a lower advertised price from any authorised Australian dealer, we will be happy to match this price, or in some cases, we may even do slightly better.

Our Price Matching Policy only applies when comparing identical products in the same condition with the same features. Price matching is subject to the verification and discretion of the Manager.

We do not price match identical items and products that

·         are sold on Ebay, sold by Global Sound website, or American and Overseas dealer websites.

·         are damaged or are clearance stock items

·         are out of stock by our competitors

·         are out of stock by John Reynolds Music

If you live locally, we would always encourage you to visit our store personally so you can pick up, try and test our products and get the best advice from our experienced and professional sales team to ensure that you are buying the right product for your particular needs.

For our on-line shoppers, you have access to our professional sales team who can assist you over the phone or via email if you have any questions or need the right advice.

Messenger Couriers for local Adelaide metropolitan delivery. Must be during business hours and you must be home or work to accept delivery. Will NOT deliver to PO Box address. Reasonable rates for this service, extra charge if items are returned if you are unable to accept delivery.

After Hours Delivery Service – Limited to Adelaide metro area and local country areas within 100kms of the Adelaide CBD. This service is only available after 5:30pm, Mon-Sat, if you prefer after hours delivery of bulky items, such drum kits, guitars, amps, keyboards, pa gear. We can also set up your gear free of charge if required. Adelaide Metro area is a flat fee of $50.00 payable on delivery. Outer country areas – charged at $50 base rate + $1 per km over 50kms limited to 100kms. REGIONAL AND INTERSTATE DELIVERY

STAR TRACK EXPRESS - This service is available to outer country, regional and interstate customers, for bulky and heavy items. Delivery is to your door, home or work address. Price will depend on the item size, weight and destination. Please note delivery to some outer remote locations is not available, please call Greg on 08 8212 4827 or email greg@johnreynoldsmusic.com.au to confirm delivery to your region and cost for this service.

BUS FREIGHT – The cheapest option for delivery to regional country areas.  We can arrange for your item/s to be delivered to the local bus depot in your area. You will need to pick up your item/s from the regional bus depot at the destination point, generally you can pick up the same day we send it out. Contact Greg on  08 8212 4827 or email greg@johnreynoldsmusic.com.au to confirm delivery to your region and cost for this service.

All Orders are dispatched the same day, or on the day when your order and payment has been finalised and confirmed.

StarTrack Express Shipping and delivery times are estimated only.
ADL to Perth – 4-5 days
ADL to Melbourne – 2-3 days
ADL to Sydney – 3-4 days
ADL to Darwin – 5-7 days
ADL to Brisbane – 4-5 days
Outer Country and remote destinations – Delivery times will need to be confirmed.
If we have any difficulty in dispatching your item/s, we will notify you via phone or email within 2 business days.

It is the Customers responsibility to supply John Reynolds Music with the correct shipping address. We will always check the address and confirm delivery before we despatch your item/s. Freight delivery drivers are only obligated to deliver to the address you have provided, redirection to another address or return to depot for redelivery will incur additional delivery cost to the Customer, and payment will need to be paid before re-delivery is authorised.

Ordering Information

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from our store.
If for any reason your ordered item is out of stock, you will be contacted by our Online Sales Manager to advise you of your options. We are committed to contacting you right away if we run into any issues with product supply or your order, so please ensure that you leave us your correct contact phone number & email details when placing an order or when making your on-line purchase.

All orders will be processed quickly and efficiently. Item/s will be dispatched on the same day that payment has been received and your order has been confirmed. Orders that are placed and paid for over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public holidays)

We will send you an email confirmation when we receive your order. When your order has been invoiced and is ready for shipment, we will send you another email confirmation, including all con note numbers and information needed so you can track the progress of your delivery.

If any items are not available when you place your order, our On-Line Sales Manager will contact you to discuss an alternative option.

Delivery times will be determined by your location, payment method and shipping option. We will always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, and we will keep you informed until your item/s are delivered.

Returns Policy

A product may be returned subject to the following:

·         The product is faulty

·         The product is not the product ordered

·         The product does not perform to the Manufacturer’s specifications

Conditions of Return

·         Contact via phone call or email must be made to notify us of intention to return item/s

·         Items must be returned within 7 days

·         We will contact you and give you a Return Authority number with specific instructions on how to return your item

·         The original sales docket or tax invoice must accompany the return

·         Items must be returned in original packaging

·         Returns with opened packaging will only be accepted if; a. the goods are faulty b. any items that John Reynolds Music have dispatched are damaged in transit

·         Items must have no marks or scratches and must retain original packaging

·         Returned goods are to be exchanged for other items or a store credit can be issued for purchases of other items.

If the goods are to be exchanged due to the customer has either; changed their mind or they have ordered the wrong item, freight charges will be applicable.

Refunds are at the discretion of the manager and prior approval must be obtained before any product is returned.

Please note that:

Products such as Sheet Music, DVDs and Software may not be returned for refund, credit or exchange. OH&S Health Regulations prohibit the return of mouth blown instruments such as Harmonicas, Tin Whistles, Melodicas and Kazoos for refund exchange or credit. Please choose carefully when making your purchase of these items.

•    Cash (Only for in store purchases) DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE POST
